How Dokival uses information you send through our contact form.
Data controller
Who processes your information
The data controller is Dokival, based at 1–3 Magaziilor Street, Galați, Romania. Contact us at office@dokival.ro or on 0745 427 278 / 0749 254 925, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
Information we receive
The contact form sends us your name, phone number, optional email address and message. We do not request other information and no account is required.
To limit abuse, the server temporarily uses cryptographic fingerprints of the IP address and enquiry. Rate-limit state expires within one hour and is cleaned up on the next request. Technical logs contain only the time and event type, without your message, email address or verification token. Log size is capped; files older than 30 days are removed on the next log entry.
Purpose and retention
Why we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, for example with a quote, and to contact you. Your message is emailed to the Dokival team at office@dokival.ro.
We keep your message only as long as needed to respond and complete any resulting work together. You can ask about retention at any time at office@dokival.ro.
Third-party websites
This website uses no advertising cookies. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated messages. Verification sends Cloudflare the technical information needed for this service; read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook or Google Maps take you to those websites, which have their own policies.
We save only your language preference (RO or EN) in your browser, using local storage or a functional cookie, so it is remembered on your next visit.

How to exercise your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to office@dokival.ro.
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can contact Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
